Our system automatically locks the account after three consecutive failed attempts to log in, for security purposes. it will shown, "Your Account is Locked"
If you got locked out, kindly follow these steps to unlock your account.

After 3 consecutive invalid attempts, your account would be locked for 10 minutes (and will be unlocked automatically after that)
- Therefore, kindly wait for 10 minutes, and you will be given the opportunity to attempt logging in again.
- You will also receive an email when your account got locked with extra information and some suggestions, including link to reset password.
4.During locked period, you also may reset your password if you have access to the email which then will instantly unlock the account upon successful completion. You can also follow the step of Reset Password in here
5. After changing your password. You can login to the newly set password.
