One of the documents needed to Go Live for Indonesian citizens is NPWP.  If you don't have one, we suggest you request the document to the nearest KPP.  Meanwhile, you still can explore our features in development mode.

However, for Individual Businesses, as of 8 December 2021, we are making NPWP an optional document. As a replacement, we will require a selfie as one of the mandatory requirements.

Please note that NPWP might be needed for activating payment methods. Kindly find below list of payment channels that require NPWP:

• DANA still requires NPWP numbers.
• OVO, Alfamart, ShopeePay, and LinkAja already accept KTP as a substitute for NPWP for Individuals.
