No, xendit will charge the fee to you as a merchant, and will not be directly charging your end customer.

In accordance with the service agreement signed between Xendit as service provider and your business as service user, you have agreed to settle the fees and obligations specified within the agreement

However, if you want to put the fee as part of the total amount for your end customer, we can suggest you to: 

• Set your own configuration on your web/ app, by putting the total amount inclusive of the xendit fee
• Please be aware that every payment methods has its own fee. References: here
