The answer is No. 

We are not able to do it, because the basic set-up of QR Code are: 

• Dynamic - close amount [amount has been set up in the beginning, only can be paid once]
• Static - open amount [your end customer can paid it through any amount, and can be paid continuously] 

But the QR Code can't be triggered automatically to create it's owned dynamic amount as the triggered for customer identifier
