When a refund receipt that you just downloaded is blank, it usually happens when the refund receipt was not fully generated. 

We recommend you to wait around 5 minutes and then try to download the refund receipt again from refund tab. 

• Credit/Debit card tab > Transactions > Refund tab > Select the refund which you would like to retrieve the receipt from.
