You may notice that you have received an e-mail from Xendit regarding webhook timeout or failed webhook event.
Xendit will send an email every time there is a failed webhook event that will be sent to the email registered as business owner. This email notification allows you to monitor any failed webhook request that require your further attention as it may potentially disrupt your operations.

If you wish not to receive the email notification, you may send an email to help@xendit.co and state your message that you wish to stop receiving Failed Webhook Email Notification. Our team will get back to you soon within 1x24 hour.
If you wish to add more e-mail recipient for this notification, you can do so by adding the e-mail recipient as the user of your Xendit account with "Developer" access to the user.
