Virtual Account settlement time for all bank is instant (except BCA T+2)! 

However some category of merchant will have different settlement time 

1. T+7 working days; this applied for merchant who fulfill
   1. Individual Business (not a PT, CV or Yayasan)
   2. using micro e-commerce website/ social media as your website
2.  T+3 working days; this applied for merchant who fulfill
   1. Individual Business (not a PT, CV or Yayasan)

If your VA settlement time suddenly changed, we inform you that this is expected behavior

This implementation as the result of our assessment to your business usecase.

Once this limitation in placed, you will received a notification on your dashboard *attached

Whenever your limitation is removed, we will also keep you notified via Xendit dashboard. *attached

When the limitation will be lift up?

Limitation will be lifted when they met requirements below:

• 2 months after your1st transaction, OR
• Count of transactions on your business has reach more than 60 transactions

If your business not fulfilling category above yet got pending settlement, please contact your Account Manager.

• If the linked website you provided is coming from micro e-commerce platforms such as: tokko.io, tokoko, toko.ly, Sakoo.id, CrediStore - Buat dan Kelola Toko Online dengan Mudah
• If you as merchant choose Marketplace as proof of alternate website
