How to Submit the Tax Withholding Slip for PPh23 Reimbursement? – Xendit Help Center

In relation to the billing status and tax withholding slip, and to streamline your billing experience moving forward, we would like to propose the following:

Xendit will send you the invoice.
You will make full payment of the invoice.
You will withhold 2% for PPh 23 (Please refer to our company information below).
You will upload the soft copy of the tax withholding slip through the Xendit dashboard.
Once we receive your tax withholding slip, we will reimburse the 2% PPh 23 to your Xendit dashboard within an estimated 3–5 business days.
Your invoice status will be marked as paid.
