Most likely a debit card transaction failed due to INACTIVE or UNAUTHORIZED Card. This issue happens because the cardholders haven't activate/ allow it for online transaction. Please confirm this with the cardholders.

• If they have not activated their debit card transaction before, you can advise them to do so by contacting the issuer bank.
  For example:
  • Step to activate BCA Debit Card Transaction
  • Step to activate Mandiri Debit Card Transaction
• If they have activated their debit card for online transaction, but the transaction still failed due to INACTIVE or UNAUTHORIZED error, kindly advise the cardholder to contact the issuing bank to find out more about the decline reason.
