You can check the cardholder name of a cards transaction by downloading the cards report. Please refer here to learn more on how to generate a cards report through Xendit dashboard. 

Important note:

• The cardholder name is only recorded if the user has submitted their billing details information to us or merchant. Xendit as a payment gateway do not obtain such information from the processor or issuing banks. 
  • Please refer to here on how you can submit your user / cardholder billing detail information via API. 
  • If you are using Xendit's payment link, the billing detail field will automatically appear when the card is detected to be from United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. If you would like to have billing detail field available in your payment link for all Cards transaction (not limited to US / UK / CA), you can submit your request to help@xendit.co
