You can now withdraw your Xendit balance to your overseas banks straight from the dashboard to your foreign currencies bank account.
This is the supported currencies for cross border withdrawal in each country:

There is 2 step to process the cross-border withdrawal request, which is:
- Registering your Bank Account first,
- Then, submit the withdrawal request.
Please follow below instructions to submit your cross-border withdrawal request:
Bank Account Registration

Log in to Xendit dashboard.

Go to the "Balance" page.

Click on the "Withdraw" button.

Select "Cross-border Withdrawal."

Click "Add Bank Account" and provide the required details of your overseas bank account
- Once done, our system will review the request within 1-2 business days.
In the meantime, the bank account is already available under the list of withdrawal destinations but it cannot be selected yet until it’s verified. - You will receive an email notification in your registered business email address once the bank account has been verified and once the SWIFT/ telegraphic transfer has been processed.
note: All “Under Review” accounts cannot be selected yet as withdrawal destinations
Withdrawal Request Submission
- Once your bank account successfully registered, you can continue to select the account
- And fill the submission form

There will be bank fee/s charged for every overseas withdrawal transaction
Country Fee Indonesia $20 + provision fee
Provision Fee (will be based on the withdrawal amount)
- USD 1 - 5,000 = $5
- USD 5,001 - 10,000 = $10
- USD 10,001 - 100,000 = $20
- Above USD 100,000 = $50
Phillippine $50 Vietnam $10 Malaysia $10 Thailand $50 - Due to the volatility of foreign exchange rates, the rate displayed on your dashboard will refresh every 30 seconds
- Once you click the continue button, you will have around one minute to complete the entire process. If you not finish within this time frame, you will be redirected back to the initial screen.
