Dormant account is an account that will not be able to transact (Money in or Money Out) but will still have access to the account due to no transaction activities.
Our system will notify you via email and dashboard if there is no transaction detected from your account in 90 Days
When your account turn dormant, you will not be able to accept and sending money with your customer via API or Payment Link. You can request to be whitelisted from Dormant account by contacting our support team via live chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org
