Currently Cards integration via Payment API is only available for merchant who has a PCI DSS Certificate. 

If you do not have such certificate, you can use Cards payment from the following integration:

• Xendit Payment Link 
• TPI / Plugin
• Cards Direct API 
  • Tokenisation + Authentication
  • Charge
