To fulfil your business needs, Xendit dashboard provides a feature where you can invite your team member to access dashboard along with specific roles or permission required based on their division/department.

However, there might be some cases where:
- The email is not received by the newly invited member either in inbox / spam / junk
- The email got skipped and the accept invitation link inside the email got expired
When this happened, there would be some steps you need to follow:
- Please understand that when you invite a member of your business to join your Xendit dashboard, the new member will be listed as Pending in your Xendit Dashboard
- When the new invited member accepted the invitation, the user status on your dashboard will change to Joined
- However as long as the member has not accepted the invitation, the user status will remain Pending
- In this case, you can resend the invitation by going through these steps:
- Go to your dashboard team members page
- Select the impacted users, click resend invitation
