If you have activated payment methods in your accounts such as Ewallet, Cards and Direct Debit and you are still not able to perform Subscriptions payments you may have not activated auto debit. It is because we required auto debit to be able to perform Subscriptions.
Hence, you need to reach out CS or AM to help with the auto debit activation. Below are the docs and information that you need to prepare for auto-debit activation requests :

- Request the activation via Xendit's dashboard > Payment channels > Cards > Request Recurring > Fill out the reason why they want to enable Recurring > Click request
- The SLA for this activation process is 3 working days
