For ECPay Loan and ECPay School, end user can make a payment via Gcash and Maya bills payment menu only, please do not try to pay other than GCash and Maya to avoid failed transactions. 

To pay via GCash:

1. Open your Gcash app
2. Tap the “Pay Bills” button
3. Search for “Dragon Loans” for ECPay Loan and “Dragon Schools” for ECPay School using the search button located at the upper left of the screen
4. Fill in the required details. Please fill out the following information:
   • Reference Number: Payment code you given by merchant
   • Contact Number: Your personal mobile number
   • Amount: Amount due of your payment code
5. Click “Next” after filling out the form, you will then be redirected to the confirmation page.
6. Click on “confirm”, you will be redirected to an e-receipt page after payment is successful.
   
   Please note that GCash charges end users an additional convenience fee PHP 10 on top of the amount due for ECPay Loan.

To pay via Maya:

1. Open your Maya app
2. Tap the “Bills” button
3. Search for ““Dragon Loans” for ECPay Loan and “Dragon Schools” for ECPay School using the search button located at the upper left of the screen
4. Fill in the required details. Please fill out the following information:
   • Account Number: Payment code you given by merchant
   • Amount: Amount due of your payment code
   • Mobile Number: Your personal mobile number
5. Click “Continue” after filling out the form, you will then be redirected to the processing page
6. Page will be automatically updated after payment is processed and Done
