ECPay Loan is only for lending/loan type of business, while ECPay School is only for Education type of business. 

A merchant can only be onboarded to a specific biller (ECPay Loan OR ECPay School) according to the merchant industry and business use case. 

GCash and Paymaya bills payment are different with direct eWallet payments, bills payment is actually ECPay OTC biller payment system that is embedded inside the eWallet app.
