With Xenshield, Xendit provides a Fraud Prevention Tab on your Xendit Dashboard to enable more options to your business to add extra layer of security for your Card Transactions.
About Fraud Prevention Tab
There are 4 sub sections under Fraud Prevention Tab which will be explained below:
- Summary Section
- This section contains the list of failed transactions that are blocked by Xenshield according to its rules.
- If you would like to know the reason behind the xenshield's block, you can click one of the transaction, then you will be redirected to cards transaction detail page (under Transaction - Charges tab).
- You can find the reason of the block under Fraud Risk Assessment section.
- This section contains the list of failed transactions that are blocked by Xenshield according to its rules.
- List Section
- This section contains an extra layer of protection that is accessible for your business. There are 2 types of List that Xendit provide, Allow List and Block List.
- Allow List, contains list of certain variables that will be exempted from Xenshield's block.
- This section contains an extra layer of protection that is accessible for your business. There are 2 types of List that Xendit provide, Allow List and Block List.

- Block List, contains list of certain variables that will be the subject of Xenshield's block.

- These variables includes:
- IP Address: IP address of the device used for the transaction
- BIN: The first 6 digits of the card that will be used for the transaction
- Credit Card Number: Card number used for the transaction
- Card Country: Issuing bank's country
- IP Country: Country where the IP address is located to create the transaction.
- How to add a certain variable in the Allow / Block List?
- For IP, BIN, Card Country, and IP Country Lists, you can just click on the List then Add the variables you want to allow / block.
- For Card Number list, to add the card number in the list, the end user must have attempted to pay the transaction first. The only way to add card number in the list is from cards transaction page and by clicking the 3 dots button.
- For IP, BIN, Card Country, and IP Country Lists, you can just click on the List then Add the variables you want to allow / block.
3. Rules Section
- Rules contain a specific rules-set that can be customized by merchants who uses our Xenshield Premium feature.
