To activate the BCA VA payment method, you will have to register your Xendit account as one of the below;

-Indonesian Entity;

• PT
• CV
• PMA
• Foundation

Indonesian Individual, Foreign Entity, and SoleProp are not eligible to activate the BCA VA payment method, you will need to change your entity into one that is eligible. Please contact us through Live Chat, Whatsapp, or email for us to help you with the change, kindly attach the required documents, you can access our link here.

BCA VA could be activated through your dashboard once the account has been Live. Go to Configuration menu > click tab Payment Methods > click 'Activate' button in section BCA VA > fill in the activation form. It is required for BCA VA activation to fulfill the additional documents below:

1. BCA bank account under the company name
2. Business website/apps*
3. Director’s tax ID
4. Certificate of domicile
5. Deed of establishment
6. Decree of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (SK Menkeh) of establishment
7. Payment flow (docs that visualize the transaction flow on your website/apps)

*social media & marketplace are not accepted

Note:

Having your Xendit account as an entity that is eligible for BCA VA payment method activation doesn't automatically give you the ability to accept the BCA VA payment method. Our team and related partner will still have to do thorough verification and determine whether your business is able to use the BCA VA payment method or not.
