Once your Kredivo application is approved, you'll receive a notification from Xendit Merchant Ops (merchantops@xendit.co) prompting you to perform a Production/Live Test transaction (UAT).
Kredivo test transaction is done in production/live mode as a part of the UAT. Please use your own Kredivo account to make the payment UAT as it will be automatically refunded with no settlement recurring.
Please also note the transaction limit is 3 times (counted from the payment link/charge creation). If you need more test transaction attempts, contact the Xendit Customer Success team to reset your quota.
Kredivo requires product details to be as accurate as possible to pass UAT. Please refer to this parameter table below:

Important Note on Exemptions:
Kredivo may exempt some mandatory details under specific circumstances. For example:
You may not have a Product URL for offline stores or when using Xendit Payment Links.
Product Category input might not be required if you are using Shopify.
You sell digital products/services (e.g., tickets, tokens).
If you believe you should be exempt from providing certain mandatory product details, please contact us at merchantops@xendit.co so we can assist in raising this to Kredivo.
Perform your test transaction (UAT)
You can do Kredivo UAT with 3 methods, via Xendit's PayLater API, Payment Link, or Third-Party Integration Platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Wix).
A. Via Xendit's PayLater API
Ensure you have a Kredivo user account ready.
Create a checkout URL, including all mandatory product details as outlined in the table above.
Pay the checkout URL using your Kredivo user account.
Your transaction will be automatically recorded and refunded.
B. Via Payment Link
1. Go to Payment Links tab and click the gear button -> click "payment method" to check if the payment methods has been turned on for Kredivo:

3. Upon payment link creation don't forget to checklist "show order items" hence paylater options will be available in the payment link
4. Create payment link and choose Kredivo and add customer information:
5. Afterwards click continue (please note the installment plans/tenor provided from Xendit is only an estimation as the one who will provide it will be the partner itself):
6. You will be redirected to Kredivo webpage/app and login using your own Kredivo account to proceed the payment:
7. Once you have input the PIN and processed, you will then expected to receive this page as it means it is automatically refunded:
8. You can check in the dashboard Transactions Tab that the payment was success and it is auto refunded:
C. Via Third-Party Integration Platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Wix)
Ensure you have a Kredivo user account ready.
Create a payment link/invoice through your chosen third-party platform, ensuring all mandatory product details are included as outlined in the table above.
Pay the invoice using your Kredivo account.
Your transaction will be automatically recorded and refunded.
VALIDATION
Once the UAT are done, report these details as well as your expected go-live date to Xendit Merchant Ops by replying the previous email with the below template:

If your transaction meets Kredivo's criteria (paying close attention to product and customer details, as these are common UAT mistakes), Kredivo will approve your test. Xendit will then inform you that full activation is pending completion.
