Yes you can by following this step 

• After input the OTP number on Xendit express checkout, you will see saved information on Xendit Express page
• Click manage saved payment method
• You will be redirected to https://myaccount.xendit.co/authentication 
• Fill out your registered phone number and put the OTP that we sent to you
• You only able to delete the Cards detail that registered and bound to your phone number
• After you delete it then you can go back to checkout URL and start over by filling out your Card detail
