Retail outlet channels can be activated in your invoice and/or API.

To check if these are activated in your account, you can go to your Dashboard > Settings > Checkout > Payment settings > Payment methods > Manage

You will get the error below when the payment channel via API is not yet activated in your account
If that is the case, please reach out to help@xendit.ph and request for activation.
