If your end customer claims that payment is made and provides you with payment proof but you cannot find it in your Xendit Dashboard, kindly follow the steps here on how to check transactions in your dashboard.
If you have done those steps and the transaction still cannot be found, kindly reach us out in help@xendit.ph and provide us with the following details.
- Clear copy of Payment Proof
- Payment Code
- Paid date
Kindly note that if payment is made via ECPay Loan/ECPay School channel (GCash and Paymaya) and transaction is not found in your dashboard, please double-check with the end customer first if the funds bounce back to their eWallet account.
