How to reconcile Shopify orders in Xendit Dashboard and vice versa? – Xendit Help Center

To find your Shopify order on Xendit dashboard, please follow below steps:

Click the specific orders on your Shopify Dashboard
Scroll down to Timeline
Click on the arrow down beside the payment processed notice, then scroll down and click on the arrow down beside Information from the gateway. Retrieve the Payment ID
Go to Xendit Dashboard > Payment Link tab
Search the transaction with the Shopify Payment ID (e.g rD67GriWGpMXt4kjv5DxlMfqc)

To find Xendit transaction on your Shopify, please follow below steps:

	Paid Order	Unpaid Order
Pending Checkout Configuration	Find the transaction on Payment Link tab > click on it Copy the external ID Paste it in the search bar Shopify Orders tab to search for the order
Abandoned Checkout Configuration	Find the transaction on Payment Link tab > click on it Copy the external ID Paste and search it on your Shopify Dashboard’s Orders tab	Find the transaction on Payment Link tab > click on it Find customer’s email/name/phone number and copy it (pick one) Paste and search it on your Shopify Dashboard’s Abandoned Checkouts tab
