What is Reference ID upon QR Code creation on dashboard?

Reference ID/External ID is a name/number identifier you can make based on your preference.

Reference ID can be made using alphabet/numerical/combination, for example: florist12345
Reference ID can be used to check the transaction status on Transaction Tab and/or Balance Tab
