In order to help you better on checking the transaction of QRIS payment, we encourage you to provide us the acceptable payment proof.
Based on the proof you can also see from your payment callback payload on your Dashboard - Webhooks tab with parameter:
- "receipt_id" = this is the red squared one on the proofs below
- "source" = this is the app your customers used to pay the QR Code
Below are the examples of acceptable payment proof for each issuing partner:
1. DANA
Ensure Transaction ID, RRN QRIS, Date and Time are shown. You can also check in Xendit Transaction tab directly using Transaction ID.
2. ShopeePay
Ensure RRN is shown
or
3. OVO
Provide payment proof that shows RRN or No. Resi from email because No. Resi sometimes isn't provided in OVO application
Sometimes timestamp is different in OVO app, ALWAYS REFERS TO Detail Transaksi Waktu for correct timestamp
4. LinkAja
Ensure to have RRN shown.
5. GoPay
Ensure to check Reff ID or QRIS RRN shown.
6. m-BCA
You can obtain it by:
- QRIS menu > inbox > select transaction
