Refund Process for Merchant
Over the counter payment doesn't have a refund feature at the moment. You can only process the refund manually once the transaction has been completed and settled to your Xendit dashboard’s balance. The mode of transfer is up to the merchant’s resolve as Xendit is no longer involved.
Refund Process for End user
Merchant is the only one authorized to process the refund, so we recommend you to reach out directly to your merchant for further assistance. We can only help to check your payment status.
In order for us to check your payment status, kindly reach out to help@xendit.ph and share the below details:
- Date
- Amount
- Reference ID
- Payment proof
